此外,課程將涵蓋數據收集與盤查方法,包括活動數據蒐集、排放因子選用、全球暖化潛勢(GWP)應用,以及如何運用 GHG 盤查工具(如 GHG Protocol、IPCC Guidelines)進行排放計算與數據檢核。學員將透過案例分析與實作,學習撰寫符合 ISO 14064-1 規範的 GHG 盤查報告,並掌握內部審核與外部查證的流程與要點。
最後,課程將探討碳管理與減排策略,包括能效提升、再生能源應用、碳資產管理與碳中和規劃,協助企業透過 GHG 盤查優化低碳轉型策略。本課程結合理論與實務,提升學員在 ESG 碳管理領域的專業競爭力,為未來職涯發展奠定基礎。
The aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory principles, technical methodologies, and international standards, enhancing their practical application skills in alignment with global net-zero emissions and ESG sustainability trends. The course will begin with an introduction to the ISO 14064-1:2018 standard, covering the framework for organizational-level GHG inventories, scope classification, and the establishment of organizational and operational boundaries. Participants will learn how to identify and calculate emissions from Scope 1 (direct emissions), Scope 2 (indirect energy emissions), and Scope 3 (other indirect emissions).
Additionally, the course will cover data collection and inventory methodologies, including activity data acquisition, selection of emission factors, application of global warming potential (GWP), and the use of GHG inventory tools such as GHG Protocol and IPCC Guidelines for emissions calculation and data verification. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to prepare GHG inventory reports in compliance with ISO 14064-1 and understand key aspects of internal auditing and third-party verification processes.
Finally, the course will explore carbon management and emission reduction strategies, including energy efficiency improvements, renewable energy adoption, carbon asset management, and carbon neutrality planning, helping organizations leverage GHG inventory insights to optimize their low-carbon transition strategies. By integrating theory with practical applications, this course enhances participants' expertise in ESG carbon management, laying a solid foundation for future career development.

首先,課程將從AI技術的基本概念與應用出發,介紹機器學習、深度學習、電腦視覺、大數據分析、預測性維護及物聯網(IIoT),如何提升智慧製造的靈活性與效率。同時,將剖析AI如何在生產排程、品質檢測、自動化控制與智慧供應鏈管理中發揮關鍵作用。
其次,課程將聚焦於低碳轉型與碳管理策略,說明碳足跡計算、碳盤查技術、碳資產管理、碳交易機制與國際標準(如:ISO 14064、GHG Protocol),並探討企業如何透過AI技術優化能源使用、減少碳排放,以符合全球永續發展趨勢。此外,將分析全球智慧製造與低碳轉型的成功案例,幫助學生理解企業如何透過科技創新實現淨零轉型。

This course aims to help students understand the applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in industries and master the core concepts and strategies of low-carbon transition to address global industrial transformation and sustainable development needs. The course covers the fundamentals of AI technology, smart manufacturing applications, low-carbon transition strategies, carbon management techniques, and corporate ESG development trends. By integrating theoretical instruction with practical exercises, students will gain an in-depth understanding of how AI technology can be utilized to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, and achieve green production goals.
First, the course will introduce the basic concepts and applications of AI technology, covering machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, big data analytics, predictive maintenance, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and how these technologies improve the flexibility and efficiency of smart manufacturing. Additionally, the course will analyze AI’s critical role in production scheduling, quality inspection, automation control, and smart supply chain management.
Next, the course will focus on low-carbon transition and carbon management strategies, explaining carbon footprint calculation, carbon inventory techniques, carbon asset management, carbon trading mechanisms, and international standards such as ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol. It will also explore how companies can optimize energy usage and reduce carbon emissions through AI technology to align with global sustainability trends. Furthermore, the course will analyze successful case studies of smart manufacturing and low-carbon transition worldwide to help students understand how businesses leverage technological innovation to achieve net-zero transformation.
Finally, the course will include hands-on projects and case studies. Students will use AI data analytics tools to simulate smart manufacturing scenarios and carbon management systems, learning how to apply AI technology for carbon emission monitoring, energy efficiency analysis, and decision-making optimization. This will further develop their practical application skills and problem-solving abilities. Through this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of AI and low-carbon technologies, equipping them to tackle the challenges of sustainable development in the manufacturing industry, create competitive advantages for businesses, and drive the implementation of green manufacturing and low-carbon transition.

家庭農園為混農林業的形式之一,以多層次且多樣性作物所建構的家庭農園能維繫生物多樣性以及保種的功能,同時提供社區居民自給自足,掌握糧食自主權,更能連結地方文化與日常所需。因此,本課程藉由理論與實務並重的教學方式,讓同學對家庭農園對社區部落的重要性,並實際參與家庭農園栽植與食農教育體驗設計。
Homegarden, as a form of agroforestry, encompasses multi-layered and diverse cultivation of crops. Homegarden constructed in this manner contributes to the maintenance of biodiversity and seed conservation. Simultaneously, they facilitate self-sufficiency for community residents, empowering them with food sovereignty, and fostering a connection between local culture and daily necessities. Therefore, this course adopts a balanced approach of theoretical knowledge and practical application to enhance students' understanding of the significance of home farming in local communities. Students actively engage in the cultivation of Homegarden and the design of food and agricultural educational experiences.

本微型課程以原生於恆春半島的瀕危植物-臺灣白花蝴蝶蘭為主角,切入森林自然資源保育、組織培養繁殖技術等知識教育,將物種繁殖後送回其原生地復育,如牡丹鄉高士部落場域,藉由部落的力量就地保種,更可與部落發展結合,讓學生瞭解USR計畫如何透過專業領域協助解決生態問題及人文發展,並透過實務操作課程讓學生實際參與實作。
The course mainly focuses on the forest natural resource conservation and tissue culture propagation technology of the endangered plant Phalaenopsis aphrodite subsp. formosana, which is native species in Hengchun Peninsula. After breeding, the species is returned to its native place for restoration, such as the Gaoshi Tribe Field in Mudan Township. This orchid can be conserved through the tribe people and integrated with tribal development. Demonstrating to understand how the USR project can help to solve ecological problems and improve humanistic development with professional knowledge. Additionally, the students will participate the practical courses to experience the micropropagation manipulation.

The course focuses on the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health for the elderly, combining theoretical discussions with practical implementation. Through hands-on learning experiences in the living environments of the elderly, the course aims to enhance students' awareness and proficiency in promoting health among the elderly.
