藉由團體運動課程,讓學生透過運動的技術練習、正確的安全指導、分組個人與團隊練習等,提升學生健康生活與體育運動的知識,並增進人際關係與團隊合作的精神。
"Through group exercise classes, students will enhance their knowledge of healthy living and physical fitness by sports skills practices, safety instructions, and participating in individual and team exercises. Additionally, this will foster interpersonal relationships and promote a spirit of teamwork and cooperation."
